Phew!

We couldn't have left it much later, but it was great to get the win. We were on the back foot early on, but thankfully we managed to claw our way back to a last heat decider.
Coming from the outside, i knew it was going to be tough and i was pleased Kenny got such a good gate form 2. All i needed to do then was sit in third for the win, which was tough as for the first couple of laps i thought i could pass Weathers, then i got a little out of shape and thought the point is more important.
As for the rest of my night, I was pleased to get more points on the board this week and glad i improved my gating.
Hopefully we can use this result to kick-start our season and start picking up a few more wins. Hopefully Boxhall should have his engine sorted this week and he has had a fair bit of bike trouble so far. He showed what he's capable of in heat 13 and i'm sure we will start seeing more of that soon.
It was a good team performance and we kept fighting til the end and im glad we took the points.
