Quiet week

Hi

Well, after the Sheffield match, thats moved us right up the league. We just have to keep it going and pick up the 3 point home wins. I was pleased to have a good meeting, dropping just the 1 point. It was a shame to end the meeting with that nasty crash, but thats the way it goes sometimes and i hope both Hall and Cooperman have a speedy recovery.

With nothing for Newcastle for a week, i went off down to Ipswich on Thursday for a Best Pairs meeting. I was paired with Danny, but i didn't get as many points as i was hoping, but I as using a new engine and I'm still getting used to it. I have a few problems with the carb, but we managed to get it sorted in the end.

So, Its Stoke this week, which will be a tough meeting, aspecially as we are without Kenni and Rene, but I'm sure we can come away with the points. Chris Neath will do a good job for us and im sure we can pick up some points at r/r.
