Winter so far!

Just a quick update on the winter so far.

My knee is getting better each day, I have lots more movement and have been swimming and walking about for 2 weeks. I do have to have an operation in Jan to fix the ligament, then its all go for March. I will be working hard to get myself and my bikes ready for the start of the season.

I am away on holiday at the mo, but get back on Sunday, so will be sitting down with Newcastle promotion next week to sort out for next season. I have seen the team so far and very much look forward to being a part of it.

I will keep you updated on how the oeration goes.
