2011.... Story so far

Just thought I would give a quick update on the winter so far. I am booked in for surgery on 31/01/11. It's later than I would have liked, but I'm pleased it's happening.

I have been working hard in the gym to get my knee as strong as possible, to speed up the the recovery time after the op, so I'm confident I will be in top shape come March.

I will be at the PTE club on Thurs so I can have a chat with you all then.

The bikes are coming on well, although it's freezing in the garage, so i need a kick up the backside to get down there.

Enjoy the rest of the winter and I will see ya in March.
